Rental payments are made monthly in advance by direct payment into our trust account. You can make an electronic funds transfer, take cash into any NAB branch throughout Australia or make payment via money order or cheque. Easy!
If you are having banking problems or you know there is going to be a minor delay in payment, please contact us. It’s important to keep a timely tenant payment history, so we can provide great rental references for you in future.
Our arrears process is prompt and thorough. If you don’t make contact with us, you can expect immediate action from us to rectify your late rent payment. We prefer a friendly approach.
